1. Who these terms are with

This website, sodiarcjr.ai, is operated by Sodiarc JR, the engineering arm of Sodiarc and a division of Sodiarc Education Private Limited, registered in India at Collaboratory, 307/2/2, Nyanapahalli Main Road, Devarachikkana Halli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076. Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. What this website is

It describes what we do and the work we have shipped. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice. Figures, timelines and approaches described in case studies and articles relate to the engagement they came from and are not a promise of the same outcome for anyone else.

3. Engagements are governed by a separate agreement

If we work together, the terms that matter are in a signed agreement covering scope, price, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement applies. Nothing here varies it.

4. Enquiries and anything you send us

When you send an enquiry, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential material, personal data about other people, or anything under a third-party obligation through the website form — ask us for an NDA first, and we will sign one before you share anything you should not.

Unsolicited ideas, proposals or materials sent to us are not treated as confidential and create no obligation on us, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing beforehand. We handle personal data from the site as set out in our privacy policy.

5. Our content

The text, articles, diagrams, case studies and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, link to and quote from them with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts, or use them to train a model, without our written permission. Client names, logos and marks shown here belong to their owners and appear with their agreement.

6. Case studies and client work

Work described here is published either with the client's agreement or with the client anonymised. Several systems we describe are private and have no public interface; where we say so, we mean it, and we will demonstrate them on a screen-share rather than publish screenshots of somebody's live data.

7. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, including the rest of the Sodiarc group. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Availability

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction. If you engage us from outside India, the governing law for that work is whatever the signed agreement says, which is a question we settle before starting rather than afterwards.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
