Four practices.
One discipline.
Each engagement runs the same shape: discovery → spec → ship → handover. Two-week sprints, Friday demos, runbook on day one.
Custom software
A small engineering team designing and shipping the software your operation depends on — order flow, billing, audit, dispatch, settlement, compliance, integrations. We are not the agency that ships a Figma and a Webflow. We are the team that ships the system, hands you the runbook, and is gone six weeks later — or stays on a retainer to evolve it.
- ·Operational systems (logistics, billing, audit, dispatch)
- ·Internal tooling that replaces 5+ spreadsheets
- ·Customer portals over enterprise back-ends
- ·Migrations & rebuilds of legacy admin systems
Data & analytics
Pipelines, warehouses and dashboards that drive decisions instead of decorating them. Honest metrics with lineage, embedded inside the operational software where they actually get used.
- ·Source-to-warehouse pipelines
- ·Single source of truth for revenue + ops + finance
- ·Embedded analytics inside operational software
- ·Honest dashboards — designed, not “delivered”
Applied AI
AI in the operation, not in the deck. We ship pilots that have a clear evaluation harness on day one. We do not ship vibes.
- ·Document understanding (challans, invoices, contracts, forms) with per-field confidence
- ·Retrieval over your own data — internal Q&A, sales enablement, support assist
- ·Workflow automation: classification, routing, drafting, summarisation embedded in real systems
- ·Pilots with an evaluation harness on day one
Enterprise integration
The bridges between your new system and the rest of your systems — ERP, CRM, accounting, banking, identity, messaging. Idempotent, observable, audited.
- ·Tally · Zoho · SAP · Salesforce bridges
- ·Razorpay · NEFT/UPI · bank-statement reconcile
- ·SAML / SSO · Azure AD · Google Workspace
- ·WhatsApp · transactional email · SMS
How we price
Scope-based, never hourly. We quote a fixed fee against a defined scope, so the number does not move while we work and neither of us is watching a clock.
- We start with a paid audit
- Two weeks
- A fixed-fee operations leak audit. We map where money, time and proof go missing between your systems, then hand you a spec, schema sketch, threat model and success metrics. The fee applies against the engagement if you continue, and the document is yours either way.
- We quote the build after the audit
- Not before
- We do not price an operational system before we have seen the operation. Anyone who does is guessing, and you pay for the guess later as a change request. Price tracks scope and the number of systems we have to touch.
- Two-week sprints, Friday demos
- Through handover
- Architecture, build, integrations, audit trail, observability, runbook and tests. You see working software every second Friday, so the scope stays honest on both sides.
- Retainer, if you want one
- Optional
- After handover we can keep evolving the system your team now owns. Cancel with a month’s notice — the runbook means you are never locked in.
Who this is for
We are a small studio and we take on few engagements at a time, so it is worth being plain about where we are useful.
- ·The operation is the business — freight, distribution, manufacturing supply chain, regulated healthcare.
- ·Money moves between more than two parties, and settlement is argued from memory.
- ·The process runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and a few people who know where everything is.
- ·There is one person who can decide, and they will give us their operations team for two weeks.
- ·Marketing sites, brochureware, or an app like some other app.
- ·Extra hands inside an existing offshore team.
- ·An ERP rollout already under way and going live within six months.
- ·Lowest-bidder procurement. We are not the cheapest and we will not pretend to be.
Find out where the money is going.
A two-week operations leak audit, fixed fee. We map the gaps between your systems and come back with numbers — what is leaking, where, and what it would take to close it. Applies against the full engagement if you continue.
