Your client.
Our engineering team.

We help UK and US consultancies deliver software projects when their internal engineering capacity isn’t enough — behind your brand, alongside your team, or on the one capability you don’t hold in-house.

Engagement models

We can work three ways.

01 · Most common

White-label delivery

Your client sees your brand. We work behind the scenes, to your standards, in your process — and never appear in front of them unless you want us to.

02

Co-delivery

Your team stays involved and our engineers extend it. Shared standup, shared board, one codebase. Useful when you hold the domain knowledge and need throughput.

03

Specialist engineering

Bring us in for one capability you don’t hold in-house — applied AI, backend, integrations, data and analytics, or cloud and DevOps — on a defined piece of the work.

How it fits together

You keep the relationship. We do the engineering.

The arrangement

White-label software development.

We work behind your brand when you need additional engineering capacity without expanding your permanent team. Your client keeps one point of contact — you — and the work arrives to your standards.

What is contractual
  • NDA before anything is shared, in both directions.
  • IP assignment. Everything we write is yours, assigned on payment, with no residual licence back to us.
  • Non-circumvention. We do not approach your client, during the engagement or after it.
  • No attribution unless you offer it. The work does not appear in our case studies without your written agreement.
What is practical
  • Your project management. You run the plan and the client conversation; we report into it.
  • Your tools. GitHub or GitLab, Slack or Teams, Jira, Linear or whatever your board already is. We come to you.
  • Your process. Your branching model, review standards and definition of done, not ours.
  • Client-owned infrastructure where the engagement requires it — their cloud account, their repos, their data never leaving their tenancy.
Why bring us in

The work is production systems, not prototypes.

Senior people only

Architect to deploy. There is no junior bench being trained on your client’s project, and no account layer between you and the people writing the code.

Systems that survive handover

Schema-as-truth, typed APIs, automated tests, runbooks, audit and observability. Whatever we build, your client’s team can run without either of us.

The awkward parts

Payments and ledgers, document extraction, compliance enforced in the database, integrations with systems that were not designed to be integrated with. The case studies are all of that kind.

Have a project you can’t staff?

Tell us the shape of it — the client, the deadline, and which part you need covered. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right team for it, and sign an NDA before you share anything you shouldn’t.
